In this video i take a look at my Quantel DPB-7001 Paintbox as although i have had it for some time i have not featured it properly before. Soon i expect to be powering the system on with an aim to making some progress to get it operational again.
The DPB was released by Quantel in 1981, although they cost around £120,000 they revolutionised TV production after it's release.
