So today I want to explore what could be the best budget sorceress. My fast conclusion is that its likely just full Blizzard sorceress if you stick mostly to general MF-areas that has no cold immunes. This is especially true in D2R with how minus resist works. But people been commenting about firewall etc., so now I wanna test it :)
