So after all the changes to leveling, I figured it would be fun to take a look at heirlooms in early 2018. Do they still have their place?
Note: The higher the level, the less heirlooms should matter overall, so I like to test this at low levels, to get a good reflection on how OP it could be in the best case.
Also haste heirlooms are superior for all classes imo. Faster GCD/CD's, more auto attacks etc.
