I 3D printed a mount so I could strap the DJI Osmo Pocket to my mini quad vertically. Hoping that would solve any gimbal lock issues I was running in to previously with it mounted horizontally. It helped for slow flying in tiltlock mode, I can now get mavic like forward flying shots.
Though there is still a major issue of jello, as can be seen in the mountain flying clip at 0:17 . I believe its during higher throttle the vibrations on the quad freak the gimbal out.
Im glad to be getting better quality shots on the second day of playing with the camera. With a bit more work I think Ill be able to get more and more usable shots with this cool little gimbal.
