In this video, I put the DJI Action 2, released in November 2021, head-to-head with the latest GoPro Hero 13 from 2024. We’ll dive into several key aspects, including overall image quality, different field of view options, a short stabilization test, and a side-by-side vlogging comparison. Audio matters too, so I’ll be testing the internal microphones of both cameras to see how they perform in real-world situations.
We’ll also explore the designs of these two action cameras: the modular, versatile design of the DJI Action 2 vs the more typical action camera build of the GoPro Hero 13. Both are targeting the same market, but can the DJI Action 2 still compete with GoPro’s latest offering?
