In a little over 7 minutes you will see how to construct a working telegraph sender and receiver. This was designed for classroom use and includes some simple history and even a challenge for using the Morse Code. (I noticed that I forgot to demonstrate the making of the electro magnet.) I simply took some coated copper wire and wrapped it about 50 turns around the bolt. Remember to leave a 3" tail of wire on each end. Good luck!
