I'm creating DIY Shou Sugi Ban flooring for my Tiny House kitchen. In this video I'll show you how I did it.
The term “Shou-Sugi-Ban” is Japanese and literally translates to “burnt cedar board”. Although I'm using pine boards I"m using the technique for the flooring in the kitchen space of Tiny House. Here's how I do it with scrap wood from a friend and solar power!
