I'm sharing how I made this rad family costume of mermaids and pirates for my kids' 5th birthday party! This would make for the perfect group costume for halloween!

For these DIY costumes, I made two NO SEW pirate costumes, one mermaid costume which you need to sew and two adult 'non costume' tees to go with the theme (slacker costumes!). These costumes are comfortable for kids to play in ad have so many sweet details thanks to the Cricut Maker (and some sequins!). Step by step video and a full detailed post will help you make it happen even if you are a total beginner.
