Making pallet wood hockey sticks PART 3: the blade form. Full build video is out now!! This was my favorite process of the build, I was really proud of this clever solution to quickly and accurately achieve a perfect copy of the compound curve of the blades. All it took was some melamine and @totalboat flotation foam. #palletwood #woodworking #hockeysticks #flotationfoam #expandingfoam
