Welcome back to the renovation series, this is episode 14! Today, I’m finally tackling window treatments in the kitchen. I’ve had cafe curtains on my mood board since the day I bought this house, but instead of the traditional half window style, I wanted full privacy and flexibility. So I decided to take this classic look all the way up.
In this video, I’m making my own cafe curtain rods using simple wooden dowels and affordable hardware from Amazon. I’ll show you how I hemmed the curtains to fit perfectly and added small curtain weights to help them hang beautifully.
