It's Maple Syrup Season!! Yumm!!!
Spring time and the sap is flowing. We can tap maple trees and make some delicious syrup. It's not rocket science but it is time consuming and there is some work involved too. But the rewards far outweigh the efforts so let's do it!!
In this video I'll go through in pretty good detail how I go about tapping, collecting, boiling and bottling maple syrup.
My process is very small and some of my equipment is custom built for the way I gather and process the sap. Check it out you may find it interesting and you may want to try and make some syrup for yourself. If you do, you won't be disappointed with the taste of the sweet results!! AND it's good wholesome fun with the family and friends!!
