I wanted to make Driver and Passenger Window screens for my RAM Promaster 2500 159WB Van. I installed a single Maxx Air Fan and wanted to be able to leave the front driver / passenger windows open to create a draft.
This video shows the approach I used to design and 3D print the screens. I took advantage of a feature in the Prusa 3D Printer slicer that allowed me to have the printer create the screen material fast and efficiently.

Here are the 3D Models:

* thingiverse.com/thing:6228000

Here are some of the things I used:
* Prusa 3D Printer ( amzn.to/451Lk7W )
* PETG Filament ( amzn.to/3rnCPq5 )
* Revopoint Range 3D Scanner ( amzn.to/3EIJcrf )
* Revopoint POP2 3D Scanner ( amzn.to/3EL7yjR )
* Metal Screen ( amzn.to/3sYpNzP )
* Maxx Air Fan ( amzn.to/3sYptRD )
