Modern society has made significant and meaningful advancements in technology, are we any better than our forefathers? Are the conflicts that we see in the world simply political in nature, or is there a supernatural world that influences what manifests on the political and global scene?
In 1945 the atomic bomb was dropped and humans believed they could take the role of gods. But in 1882 Nietzsche dropped his philosophical bomb that we know today as the death of God. But let's not forget what GK Chesterton pointed out in Everlasting Man, Jesus may have died, but He knows the way out of the grave.
