Here's a rare promo from my VHS Collection of Bonkers from Fox 29 WUTV Buffalo.

Bonkers used to be a movie star til he got fired/replaced. Now he has become a cop protecting Toontown with his cop buddy partner Lucky who is not enthusiastic with his partners crazy toonish behavior, but the common thing these two have is busting and cracking down bad guys and villains.
