This is the last cliffhanger episode of Vor-Tech Undercover Conversion Squad in Fallen Angel Part 2 Episode.

It became one of the best cartoon shows in the 90's like always ended in one season due to low ratings like any other cartoon shows that have quality.

In this episode, the Evil Bio-Mechs gained the upper hand for not only destroying HQ of The Tech Team, but they gained one of them as their own and that is Snake Oil as he unfortunately became a Bio-Mech from the transformation process of The Matrix.
