These delicious cookies are super addictive!

1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup C&H sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill all purpose flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Chill dough. Roll into balls, then roll in a mixture of 2 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 min.
