🎂 Disneyland turned 71 today!
This year’s celebration featured Walt Disney’s original dedication speech and a crowd-wide rendition of “Happy Birthday” during the Celebrate Happy Cavalcade.
In years past, birthdays have included speeches from the Mayor of Main Street, appearances by Disneyland presidents from the Train Station balcony, character flash mobs, marching bands, and even special giveaways for guests. This year’s observance was much more understated.
