This song holds a very special place in my heart, because my mother sang it to me as a lullaby from the time I was a baby :') So you can say I have a special "connection" to it xD
But I just love the song in general, and especially this cover of it by @LaurynMarie. It's just so pure and lovely.
I watched a video recently that I'd really love to share with you all, it's a truly amazing story of how God's hand is involved in each of our lives...I encourage you guys to check it out sometime:

And of course, the rainbow is a very important symbol to God as well:
"Then God said, “This is the sign of the covenant that I am making between Me and you, and every living creature that is with you for all future generations. My rainbow do I place in the cloud, and it will be a sign of the covenant between Me and the land. Whenever I bring clouds over the land and the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will remember My covenant that is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all flesh. When the rainbow is in the cloud, I will look at it, to remember the perpetual covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the land.”
~Genesis 9:12-16
So you see, the rainbow is intended to represent the covenant of peace and mercy between us and God.
Today, it's been skewed to represent "pride" in the form of practices such as gay marriage, which goes against the very fabric of what God intended for His creation.
People today mock God's mercy by blatantly and unashamedly breaking his commandments, believing He will do nothing about it.
My brothers and sisters, do not confuse God's kindness for weakness.
He is longsuffering, but He is a God of righteousness.
I urge you to consider the rainbow, yes as a symbol of God's desire to have peace with us. But also consider it for what came before it: God's judgment upon the earth.
I know this video is very peaceful, aesthetic and gentle, so you're probably thinking: "What's with all the seriousness, Sara?"
Well we are living in dark times today. Things are happening in our society which are unprecedented, and it's very important that we are on the right side of history.
What you conclude from all of that is purely up to you and your own conscience. But I simply urge you to consider it.

I've heard them calling my name"
Have you perhaps been hearing the voice of God calling your name? Even if you haven't, God wants you to know Him, and to have a relationship with Him...all you need to do is call upon His name: Yehoshua HaMashiach (AKA Jesus the Messiah). He will hear your call. ♥
"But whoever did receive Him, those trusting in His name, to these He gave the right to become children of God."
