Filmmaker Stacey L. Holman '93 drops in to discuss her Dillard experience and how it propelled her into a career as a prolific film director and producer. Holman is famously known for the documentaries "Tell Them We Are Rising: The Story of Black Colleges and Universities" and "The Black Church: This Is Our Story. This Is Our Song." A graduate of Dillard University's mass communication program, Holman is interviewed by fellow Dillard alumna Khalilah Elliott '00, who is the founder and chief disruptor of Gafford Communications, LLC. The event was produced by the Office of Alumni Relations for the 2021 Virtual Alumni Week.
