Last month was a busy yet insightful time for Dillard University's Ray Charles Program! The Ray Charles Program hosted multiple events, all of which featured special guests and highlighted various cuisines.

This demonstration featured Anne White Hat, a Sicangu Lakota herbalist with over 25 years of experience. She provided her insight and expertise of medicinal herbs, indigenous healing traditions, and their role in everyday wellness.
