After waiting an hour for our food, we asked the waitress what was going on. She said, 'our kitchen is really busy, you can leave if you'd like'. What an unexpected answer!
When did Cracker Barrel decline in quality? Or is it just our experience? My parents remember this restaurant having awesome food, good serivce and unique items for sale out front. On our first meal: We felt the food was okay-- not bad or great, and the items in the store out front were kinda lame. On our second meal: We ended up leaving without food. What a disaster.
Anyway, the best thing about Cracker Barrel is: the free, overnight RV parking. This is reason enough for us to keep coming back!
