In this episode we're looking at the trick called 0* (zero star) glitch. It allows speedrunners to disable wanted level completely to speed up their runs. It is used both in any% and 100%.

The project that was shown in the video is re3: github.com/GTAmodding/re3. re3 is a fully reversed source code of GTA III and Vice City, and partially of Liberty City Stories. I was using the "miami" branch, so the code of GTA Vice City, because reSA doesn't exist. Right now, the future of the project is unknown, so pay attention to the news. To open the files I used Visual Studio 2019.
