[4K] Dinosaur Tour Co. at Paultons Park, join us for a full prehistoric safari adventure through Lost Kingdom as we journey past animatronic dinosaurs, ancient landscapes and Jurassic encounters on one of Paultons Park’s exciting family attractions.
Dinosaur Tour Co. is a family safari style track ride located in the Lost Kingdom area of Paultons Park. Manufactured by Metallbau Emmeln, this immersive dinosaur expedition opened on 17th May 2016 as part of the £9 million Lost Kingdom expansion and continues to provide guests with a themed prehistoric adventure through one of the UK’s most detailed dinosaur lands.
Guests board expedition vehicles and travel through dense jungle landscapes, dinosaur nesting grounds, waterfalls, cave systems and animatronic prehistoric encounters. Dinosaur Tour Co. combines family friendly adventure with immersive theming, making it a popular attraction for guests exploring Lost Kingdom.
There are no formal height restrictions for Dinosaur Tour Co., although children under 4 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Flash photography is included during the cave section, allowing riders to purchase on ride photos.
Lost Kingdom opened in 2016 and transformed four acres of Paultons Park into a dinosaur themed world. Attractions in the area include Velociraptor, Flight of the Pterosaur, Dino Chase, Boulder Dash, Splash Lagoon, Alive dinosaur meet and greet and The Little Explorers play area. Valgard: Realm of the Vikings will introduce three major attractions including Drakon, the park’s first ever inverting roller coaster built by Gerstlauer, Raven, a family coaster, formally known as Cobra, and Vild Swing, the UK’s first ART Engineering Wild Swing. The land will also include a Viking themed playground known as The Orchard and a Nordic dining hall called the Feasting Hall
Beyond Valgard Realm of the Vikings, Paultons Park continues to expand with its first on site hotel and lodges planned and a major new water ride due to open in 2027 following its announcement at the Paultons Park Super Fan event. These developments reinforce Paultons Park’s position as one of the leading family theme parks in the UK.

Studio Tour London, join us as we explore all three magical stores packed with Harry Potter merchandise including replica wands, Hogwarts clothing, Platform 9¾ souvenirs, collectibles, Chocolate Frogs, Christmas decorations, and much more during the First Year at Hogwarts event.
The Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter is the perfect place to pick up Wizarding World souvenirs, with three unique shops located throughout the attraction. Join us as we explore the Studio Shop, the Forbidden Forest Shop, and the Railway Shop to discover the huge range of Harry Potter merchandise available during the First Year at Hogwarts event.
The Studio Shop is the largest retail location on the tour and can be visited before entering the Studio Tour from the Hub or after exiting through the Wand Room at the very end of the experience. Shelves are packed with replica wands, Hogwarts robes, house scarves, jewellery, stationery, artwork, homeware, collectibles, books, plush toys, Chocolate Frogs, Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans, clothing, ornaments, and exclusive Wizarding World souvenirs inspired by the Harry Potter films.
Located between the Forbidden Forest and Platform 9¾, the Forbidden Forest Shop specialises in seasonal and limited-edition merchandise that regularly changes throughout the year. During our visit for, the shop was beautifully decorated for Christmas and stocked with festive Harry Potter decorations, gifts, pin badges, notebooks, clothing, and exclusive products not normally found elsewhere on the Studio Tour. We even found a number of fantastic discounts, including Hagrids pink umbrella wand for just £5 and pin badges reduced to only £2 each.
The Railway Shop sits opposite the Hogwarts Express on Platform 9¾ and celebrates one of the most iconic locations from the Harry Potter series. Here guests will find Platform 9¾ and Hogwarts Express themed merchandise including luggage, travel accessories, clothing, homeware, souvenirs, sweets, replica wands, and even the opportunity to create a personalised Hogwarts acceptance letter to take home.
The First Year at Hogwarts event runs from 7th May to 7th September 2026 and celebrates the 25th anniversary of Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone. Throughout the Studio Tour, guests can discover original props, costumes, Wizard Chess pieces, Fluffy the three-headed dog, interactive displays, and special experiences inspired by Harry Potters first year at Hogwarts.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter opened in 2012 at Leavesden Studios, where all eight Harry Potter films were produced. The attraction showcases authentic sets, costumes, props, creature effects, and filmmaking secrets from the Wizarding World. Similar Studio Tours can also be found in Tokyo and Hollywood.
Leavesden Studios is also home to the upcoming HBO Harry Potter television series starring Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter, Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger, and Alastair Stout as Ron Weasley. The new adaptation is expected to premiere in 2026.

Colorado Boat is a log flume ride located at Gardaland Resort, positioned close to Wolf Legend. Opened in 1985 and manufactured by Mack Rides, Colorado Boat is one of the longest running attractions at Gardaland Park and remains a key water ride within the park’s lineup. The ride features floating log boats that travel along a water channel through themed scenery inspired by the Rocky Mountains, combining outdoor landscapes with multiple drops and water effects.
The ride begins with a steady journey through forested terrain and rocky surroundings before building towards its main drop sections. Riders travel up lift hills before descending down waterfalls, with splashes and water effects forming a central part of the experience. The layout includes multiple drops and turns, with the surrounding theming featuring tall conifer style trees, rugged rockwork and flowing water to create a continuous mountain river setting. The ride is designed to balance scenic sections with moments of sudden descent, creating variation throughout the experience.
Colorado Boat has operated at Gardaland Resort since 1985, making it one of the older attractions within Gardaland Park. Its location next to Wolf Legend places it within an area that combines newer attractions with long standing rides, showing the evolution of the park over time. As a Mack Rides flume ride, Colorado Boat represents a traditional log flume design, focusing on water movement, elevation changes and themed surroundings rather than high speed elements.
Gardaland Resort is one of Europe’s most visited theme park resorts, located near Lake Garda in northern Italy. Gardaland Park features roller coasters such as Raptor, Oblivion The Black Hole, Blue Tornado, Shaman and Mammut, alongside water rides including Fuga da Atlantide and Jungle Rapids, and dark rides such as Jumanji The Adventure and Animal Treasure Island.
The wider Gardaland Resort also includes LEGOLAND Water Park Gardaland and Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium, along with themed accommodation at Gardaland Hotel, Gardaland Adventure Hotel and Gardaland Magic Hotel, creating a multi attraction resort experience in Italy.

Animal Treasure Island is one of the newest headline attractions at Gardaland Resort, debuting for the 2025 season as a fully reimagined water dark ride. Developed by Merlin Magic Making, this attraction replaces the former Corsari ride while retaining the original ride system by Intamin. The result is a modern, story driven experience combining detailed sets, new animatronics and advanced technology across a fully indoor boat ride.
The ride takes guests on a journey through more than 20 immersive scenes, following the story of Captain Nine Lives and her crew as they search for hidden treasure. Along the way, riders encounter Captain Blackbear and his bandits, creating a clear storyline that unfolds throughout the experience. The attraction blends physical sets with modern effects, including 360 degree binaural audio and a personalised soundtrack that changes across scenes, enhancing the sense of immersion throughout the ride.
Animal Treasure Island is set within a detailed pirate world featuring ports, jungles and hidden locations, with many original scenic elements from the previous attraction updated and enhanced. New animatronics, lighting effects and storytelling elements bring the experience up to modern standards, making it one of the most technologically advanced attractions at Gardaland. As a fully underground water dark ride, it delivers a continuous indoor experience that focuses on atmosphere, storytelling and visual detail rather than speed or drops.
The introduction of Animal Treasure Island marks a significant investment in the park, bringing a brand new intellectual property to life and expanding the range of immersive attractions available at Gardaland Resort. It sits alongside other major experiences such as Jumanji The Adventure and Jumanji The Labyrinth, creating a strong lineup of story driven attractions within the park.
Gardaland Resort is one of Europe’s leading theme park destinations, located near Lake Garda in northern Italy. The park features a wide range of rides including roller coasters such as Raptor, Oblivion The Black Hole, Blue Tornado and Mammut, alongside water rides like Fuga da Atlantide and Jungle Rapids. Jumanji The Adventure is a major dark ride attraction at Gardaland Resort and was the world’s first ride based on the Jumanji film franchise. Opened in 2022, Jumanji The Adventure replaced the former Ramses Il Risveglio dark ride, with elements of the original structure still visible beneath the updated jungle theming.
Jumanji The Adventure was developed by Merlin Magic Making with ride systems by Oceaneering Entertainment Systems, the Jumanji attraction combines physical sets, animatronics and media to create a fully immersive Jumanji indoor experience.
The Jumanji dark ride experience begins inside an archaeological excavation site, where guests enter a pre show before being transported into the world of Jumanji. Riders board 4x4 off road style vehicles and begin a mission to return a sacred jewel to its temple, navigating through jungle environments filled with hazards and creatures. The ride features multiple Jumanji themed scenes including encounters with a mandrill, a giant hippo, snakes and spiders, alongside the imposing Stone Giant which appears throughout the journey. The Jumanji ride system delivers motion based movements as vehicles travel through the 287 metre layout, creating a dynamic experience that combines storytelling with physical effects.
Jumanji The Adventure is located in the heart of Gardaland Resort, positioned alongside Jumanji The Labyrinth, a walkthrough maze attraction that expands the same storyline and world.
The Jumanji franchise began with the 1995 film starring Robin Williams and later expanded with films including Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and Jumanji: The Next Level. The franchise’s transition into a video game world inspired theme park attractions, allowing guests to step into the jungle setting and take part in the story. In the UK, the Jumanji theme has also been developed at Chessington World of Adventures Resort, where the World of Jumanji area includes rides such as Mandrill Mayhem, Ostrich Stampede and Mamba Strike.
Gardaland Resort is one of Europe’s most visited theme park resorts, located near Lake Garda in northern Italy. Chessington’s Safari Hotel includes Early Ride Time, cooked buffet breakfast, hotel entertainment, WiFi, parking and access to Savannah Splash Pool with selected stays. The hotel is also home to Zafari Bar & Grill and sits close to the main Chessington Resort areas, making it a convenient base for a theme park short break.
Safari Hotel and Azteca Hotel also include several themed room options, including Jumanji, The Gruffalo, Room on the Broom and animal themed rooms. The PAW Patrol Room is one of the newest additions, launched alongside World of PAW Patrol and designed around the rescue pups, Adventure Bay and the PAW Patrol TV series.
World of PAW Patrol is now open at Chessington World of Adventures as the UK’s first PAW Patrol themed land. Adventure Bay includes Chase’s Mountain Mission, Skye’s Helicopter Heroes, Marshall’s Firetruck Rescue, Zuma’s Hovercraft Adventure, Rocky and Rubble’s Playzone, the Lookout Tower, PAW Patrol character meet and greets and the PAW Patrol Gift Shop.
PAW Patrol first launched in 2013 and follows Ryder and the PAW Patrol pups as they protect Adventure Bay through rescue missions, teamwork and problem solving. Chase, Marshall, Skye, Rubble, Rocky, Zuma, Everest and Liberty have become recognisable through the PAW Patrol TV series.
Chessington World of Adventures first opened as Chessington Zoo in 1931 before becoming Chessington World of Adventures in 1987.
