This is part one of making the new dining table for my parents. In this video, it's all about making the table top with curved joinery. It was at the time where all the epoxy and resin tables were hyped. But my mum didn't like them at all since she wanted a natural table without any chemistry. So I had the idea of using the curved joinery technique. At this scale, it took a lot of preparation, care and time.
And speaking of the scale of this project I couldn't use any of my stationary tools. So the whole project was made with only done with hand-held power tools. Not all of my current tools were up to the task though. So I asked Bosch to help me out with a circular saw and a track for it.
They equipped me with the circular saw 65 GCE Professional and matching tracks.
