Cheap Chinese digital caliper reading with Arduino.

Features:
- Digital interface provides 20-bit value which has better resolution than shown on built-in LCD.
- Level shifter module was used to translate 1.5V caliper logic to Arduino 5V.
- Caliper is powered from small step-down converter module set to 1.7V.
