Seit 1997 haben wir es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, engagierte junge Talente für den Beruf des Uhrmachers auszubilden. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei nicht nur die exzellente Vermittlung von Fachwissen und handwerklichem Können, sondern auch die hohe Qualität der pädagogischen Betreuung. Es ist der Weg zur Schaffung außergewöhnlicher mechanischer Meisterwerke. Die Lehrlinge werden in den Fertigkeiten eines modernen und zugleich über 175 Jahre alten Handwerks ausgebildet.

A. Lange & Söhne has been offering apprenticeships to aspiring watchmakers for 25 years.
Since 1997, we have set ourselves the task of training dedicated young talents for the watchmaking profession. The focus is not only on the excellent teaching of specialist knowledge and craftsmanship skills but also on the high quality of educational support. It’s the path to creating extraordinary mechanical masterpieces. The apprentices receive training in the skills of a trade that is both modern and steeped in over 175 years of tradition.
