It is part of our mission to pay tribute to traditional crafts and extraordinary art. Our close partnership with the Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden dates back to 2006 and underlines our strong commitment. Our CEO Wilhelm Schmid was therefore more than delighted to meet the Director General, Prof. Dr. Marion Ackermann, on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the Grünes Gewölbe (Green Vault), the treasure chamber of Augustus the Strong. During a tour, the two of them will go into more detail about what makes this art collection of the former Elector of Saxony so special worldwide and how it influenced our art of watchmaking.
