The top 10% pays approximately 90% of all federal income taxes. The top 1% pays roughly 40% of the entire tab. Nearly half of all Americans pay zero federal income tax. Zero. Fair share of what exactly? A wealth tax is not like anything we have seen before. Right now you are taxed on what you earn. A wealth tax looks at your entire balance sheet — every asset, every stake, every investment you have not sold — and taxes the total value. Every single year. Whether you made a dollar or not. SpaceX is filing its IPO at a $1.75 trillion valuation. The largest public offering in financial history. And Musk wants 30% available to retail investors. The man building a galactic civilization wants everyday people to own a piece of it. This is entrepreneurship at its highest expression. Identifying a constraint the entire world accepts as fixed — and deciding to eliminate it. The world doesnt have enough chips. Build the factory. Humanity needs a backup home. Build one. One person.
