This is an unboxing, assembly, first impressions and review video on the US General 34" Full Bank Service Cart sold by Harbor Freight. This rolling tool box has 18,700 cu. in. of accessible tool storage in a compact package. Essentially a replica of the Matco JSC483-RRB (for $1,200 less) this box is packed with top quality features like ball-bearing drawer slides, rolled drawer edges, and glossy powder coat paint. This full bank cart has 6 drawers with a variety of heights to accommodate large and small tools and lift gate top storage. With heavy-duty 5 in. locking swivel casters, this unit can hold 1200 lb. of tools securely. The powder coat finish is durable, and easy to clean.
