The feds handed Pooh Shiesty's lawyers 96 gigabytes of evidence
and 14,000 pages of documents. Everything they spent months
building. And after going through all of it — his defense team
came back and said you don't have enough.
But here's what nobody is talking about.
This case didn't start as a kidnapping case. It started as a
contract dispute. Pooh Shiesty allegedly wanted out of his deal
with Gucci Mane's 1017 Records. The label said no. And according
to the prosecution themselves — what happened on January 10th in
that Dallas recording studio was directly tied to that contract.
That means the crime and the contract are one and the same event.
No firearms recovered. No signed contract release. No video
evidence. No conspiratorial communications. The FBI's own agent
admitted under cross-examination that in four months they never
took a formal statement from a single alleged victim.
