The troubled Boeing #Starliner spacecraft successfully returned to Earth over the weekend without its crew. Boeing argued that astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams would have been safe on the flight home, but NASA is standing by its decision to bring Starliner back empty. Clayton Sandell has more.
