Are modern miracle ministries truly demonstrating the power of Jesus—or using atmosphere, music, fog machines, and emotional manipulation to create the appearance that something supernatural is happening?
In this clip, Richard Moore confronts the dangerous claim that Jesus came primarily to show believers how they can become exactly like Him and perform the same miracles He performed. This teaching—often associated with Manifest Sons of God theology—diminishes the unique divine nature and authority of Christ.
But even apparent supernatural works are not automatic proof that a ministry is from God. Jesus warned in Matthew 7:21–23 that some will prophesy, cast out demons, and perform mighty works in His name—yet still hear Him say, “I never knew you.”
Signs and wonders must always be tested by Scripture. Spiritual power without biblical truth is not evidence of God’s approval.
