Does God love every person in exactly the same way—or does He have a unique, saving love for His elect?
According to Ligonier’s State of Theology survey, 94% of evangelicals agree that “God loves all people the same way.” But Scripture distinguishes between God’s general benevolence toward all humanity and His special covenant love for those He has chosen and adopted through faith in Jesus Christ.
In this episode, we examine unconditional love, common grace, election, and the important biblical distinction between God’s love for the world and His saving love for His children.
