What really happened and what can we learn from it? My POTA activation set up 3 KHz from the Hurricane Watch Net on a packed 20-meter band draws complaints from other ham radio operators claiming we're interfering with the Hurricane Watch Net while Hurricane Melissa is over Jamaica.
