Ramza's EX+ is quite good. It essentially fixes everything he had and gave him more.

The ability to do non-insignificant HP damage on free turn is already powerful enough on its own, on top of that Ramza has a good chunk of party buffs, and his EX becomes a strong damage/battery with 80% splash.

Also, stacking debuff with Caius is kinda fun. Although in this case it is more of a buff denial rather than practically neutering one stat.
