This is a tricky fight... The bosses have a ton of HP/DEF, and can gain physical resistance on top of being naturally magic resist. This of course locks out a lot of the roster.
Luckily they are weak to almost every element which takes priority over phys/magic resistances. Meaning an elemental enchanter (Lulu/Rydia etc.) will allow you to bring almost any recent character regardless of resistance.
For this one, Onion Knight is the star here, even though his party ice enchant is only on his additional ability, it lasted long enough to enable the party to deal massive damage. Normally Zack will lose a lot of offensive ability due to his EX being magic, but with Ice enchant he easily hits 9999.
The fight does look easy in the video, but without a party elemental enchant the difficulty skyrockets. I may record/upload one of such runs later.
