Serah's 2 poisons and debuffs are able manage boss BRV to a non-lethal amount, though ideally having an iBRV debuff will be even better.

Chelinka's healing ability gets a good showcase here as well, 30% HP regen per turn when she is on field is potent enough to keep the party alive.
