Leviathan summon was selected for the passive SPD down effect, though Ifrit might've been better for Tifa to hit 9999s.

Tifa's damage output with EX is just ridiculous... especially when you go and set it up with batteries. It doesn't really matter what gimmick the fight throws at you if you kill it before it can do anything.
