Logan Kendell | "Dexter" Theme Song (as a 60's TV Spy Theme) - Logan Kendell (Gas Can Guitar & Tin Can Guitar) @LoganKendell | Uploaded September 2012 | Updated October 2024, 1 week ago.
This is what I think the Dexter Theme would have sounded like if Dexter had been a mystery TV serial in the 60's.
Everything you hear is me.
This was based on "Morning Routine" by Rolfe Kent and "Blood Theme" by Daniel Licht. I got the idea to combine the two from another FANTASTIC youtube video by Adam Ben Ezra: youtu.be/9pFPJ5X-854 .
Both the Gas Can Guitar and the Cookie Tin guitar were built by me. You can see more from them by watching my other videos. I recorded this song back in February, but only got around to finishing the video today, which is why my facial hair totally changes. Many thanks to my wife for filming the video, and to Showtime and the entire Dexter Crew, for inspiring me...and not suing me or making me take down this video.
