This is what my anger and anxiety sound like.
Further context for history sake:
Following the murder of George Floyd by Police officers, which came on the heels of the murders of Ahmaud Arbery and Breonna Taylor, also by police officers, Black Lives Matter Protesters took to the streets around the world to protest Police Brutality and systemic racism. Most protests started peacefully, some devolved into rioting and looting, and some were stirred to violence by the police and White Nationalist agitators.
On June 1st, 2020, after calling protesters "Terrorists" and blaming "Antifa" for violence (side note, it has now been revealed that white nationalists in support of Trump created fake Antifa accounts to provoke violence that would support the presidents lies) Donald Trump sent military police to attack the peaceful protesters who had gathered outside the White House. Protesters and the press were attacked with tear gas, rubber bullets, pepper bombs, and more, and they were physically beaten with bats by police. This was done so Trump could take a photo holding a bible in front of the church accross the street from the white house. Ironically, a church Trump had never attended, he held the bible upside down in the photo, and among those driven from the property by his stormtroopers were the leadership of the church itself who had set up a table to give aid to the protesters. The public joined together for "Black Out Tuesday" as a simple way to show support for the Black Lives Matter movement.
I composed this piece to underscore my rage towards the president, the alllivesmatter movement and all their racist supporters, the police, and the broken state of the USA.
