Black Friday strikes again! Bought myself an early Christmas present: a Dewalt DW734 thickness planer.
It was on sale, and came with the stand included at no extra change, so the entire bundle was about 50% off list price.
You're seeing every board I've planed with it, so I can't give you any long term insights yet. However the setup process went very smoothly. Kudos to Dewalt for getting it setup well at the factory and packing it so it would survive the trip to my house.
No complaints as yet. Stay tuned for the next project series where it'll have to chew through more that a couple board feet of walnut!
