*Update 9/24/21 - After many questions about the fuse size, style etc. I have looked into this further. It is more than one marking variation for these 1206 SMD fuses. Little-fuse shows V as a 3.15A but it seems these could be 30A based on a few details and comparing to a different manufacturer. I will add links below just to show the potential correct fuse and I may even have a update video about this shortly. I apologize for any confusion.*
In this video we take a deep look into a faulty DeWalt DCD996. This drill will not work at all. No light, no motor movement. This repair took over 2 hours total with over 1 hour of footage and of course I tried to shorten as much as possible. I tried with best of my ability to show as much detail as possible with the shortest possible time result. In the end we do have a successful repair and it will be interesting to find out if anyone else has this same issue. Please comment below if your drill had a similar issue with it.
