In this video, I put the **DEWALT DCC018N-XJ 18V XR Tyre Inflator** through a real-world test — including inflating van tyres using both an **18V XR POWERSTACK battery** and the built-in **12V vehicle power connection**.
I also encounter an issue while running the inflator from the van's 12V supply, recreate it deliberately, and show what happened and how I got the inflator working correctly again.
The DCC018 is designed for both high-pressure and high-volume applications, with a maximum pressure of **11 bar / 160 PSI** and free air delivery of up to **14.7 L/min at 2.4 bar**.
During the review I go through the box contents and accessories, controls, digital pressure gauge, automatic shut-off, high-pressure and high-volume functions, integrated LED and the different ways of powering the unit.
