On Wednesday 10 November 2021 we held our twelfth Development presents... webinar, which was chaired by James Wells (Cincinnati Childrens’ Hospital)

The second talk came from Szilvia Galgoczi (Rockefeller University), who described how Huntingtin CAG expansion affects development, as early as gastrulation, through defects in cell polarity. The talk is followed by a live Q&A with Szilvia, chaired by James.

For more details check out their paper, published in Development: journals.biologists.com/dev/article/148/19/dev199513/272380/Huntingtin-CAG-expansion-impairs-germ-layer
