Please enjoy this quick PSA Returns of the Detective Pikachu Promotional set. In this video, I view the returns for the first time and give my opinion of each card/grade. There are duplicates, so this is a more fast-paced PSA Returns. The set ends up doing well and I'm *almost* able to complete a PSA 10 set.
