If you want to finish first encounter quickly you need to first rotate the 4 planets + dunk the final 3 buffs in the middle and kill the boss as fast as you can.
Our team found that the fastest strat to finish the encounter is to well line across the left and right side to finish the first part asap and do aeons in between so we have enough ammo for the boss. The loadouts are 4 well hotheads with demo explo and izanagis, 1 tractor with strand and a ghorn on well that saves their super for skip to final boss.

Btw this is by no means the fastest you can get, its just a decent boss that we got in our third day of practice.
