Decent nezarec/fourth encounter completion.
If you want to finish first encounter quickly you need to finish both the dark and light nodes and kill the boss asap
Our team found that the fastest strat to finish to have 3 people on left, 2 on right and 1 person doing stun/ad clear. The raid mechanic is similar to first encounter since there is a little bit of RNG but if you assign the order its pretty easy.
For loadouts we are using 2 novas, 1 well and 3 strand supers (for final stand). I believe that everyone is using hot field/clown besides 2 people using tractor and ghorn.

Btw this is by no means the fastest you can get, its just a decent boss that we got in our third day of practice. You can see that VortexVR died causing some time loss but the kill was pretty good.
