Here's all the areas I left out of the first Vesper's Video, including the second bonus chest :D
Turns out everywhere is accessible out of map after all, other than I guess the Heart room. But there's enough first encounter cheese to render that essentially open. Spacewalk is also fully accessible, though that risks the wrath of the Bird.

@itavvy and @EliteAvenger21 helped find IRB lineups, and Elite and Crash let me know about the rez breach into the encounter start area. I had been about to go looking when they popped in and let me know that the answer was in the area I was heading XD
The routes in this video and the previous one can be used to claim both secret chests, provided you already have the relevant quests done. They should also allow you to complete various puzzles and quest steps without needing to do multiple dungeon runs. Although you might find it easier to just do multiple runs and save all of the fallbacks you'll need to do XD If you try to do the quest in one run, I recommend only having people in the fireteam on the same quest step as you, because I've seen it be a bit buggy otherwise, and wiping will mean you'll need to redo first encounter to open the heart room again.
This dungeon remains quite fun to explore, even with the inverted turnbacks and error codes. Would highly recommend it :D
