Even five-star reads are not without fault, and today's video proves that. While I enjoyed this book sooooooooo much, I did think it was worth taking the time to discuss something I feel a little sketchy about. While I know that the white savior narrative is kind of staple to the horror genre, it shouldn't be. It's a problem and I feel like we should be open about the problems in content, especially the content we love.
