This is fully official. Toby released a preview to Deltarune today in the form of 2 new songs: "Welcome to the City" and "Lost Girl". Along with this, he released a progress update:
"I want to share some small things from DR but I want to do another small progress update first. The design of the actual game and the specifics of what happen are going really well. I have a lot of confidence in the game that is currently written in my notes. At least, I think people that enjoy the things that I make, will enjoy it. That's all I'm ever aiming for. There are other aspects that are facing some hurdles, but they'll definitely get overcome. Trust me when I say that, although I want to take my time making an excellent game, I also want to get the game into peoples' hands as quickly as possible. Seriously."
I'm really excited for this game now, and I have full confidence that it's going to be great. It sounds like progress is being made quite quickly, too. I'd say that it'll be released in 2 or 3 years.

To be honest, this is one of my dumbest ideas since even calling this song a leitmotif is a stretch. Im skeptical as to whether most of these are even intentional. (Another Him and Darkness Falls are the only ones Im sure on). The only reason Im re-making it is because Ive improved quite a bit since the first video, and since its still getting views, I dont want that video to be peoples first impressions to the channel, still.
